So nostr.directory has >4500…

So nostr.directory has >4500 records - tweets announcing their pubkey, but only ~1300 have posted a corresponding event on Nostr, verifying that pubkey owner is the tweeter. jack jb55 dergigi odell and many other early people are not verified. It makes it hard to rely on the nostr.dir data to link nostr/twitter accs.  #[0] if they posted a verification event now, will nostr.dir scanner pick it up and update the table?
