Nice update on the Nostr App Manager - App Reviews!

We are introducing app reviews to let you voice your opinions on the apps. Reviews are NIP-32 labels, so all nostr clients could use them to help users decide which apps are worth a try.

Go ahead and review your favorite app! With more than 80 apps already published, it's time we start adding quality signals.

Some other updates include:
- app search bar
- new homepage layout
- usage stats on the app list
- new 'app author' field if you're publishing someone else's app
